Tap&Sign is a cloud-based, intuitive eSignature platform designed to streamline the document signing process for individuals and businesses. Built with a focus on convenience, security, and legal compliance, Tap&Sign enables users to sign documents digitally with ease, ensuring a fast and legally binding experience across devices.
Developed by DDTECH, a technology company based in Turkey, the platform was envisioned as a SaaS solution aimed first at the Turkish market, with plans to scale globally.

Objectives & Roles
I was brought in to lead the end-to-end delivery of Tap&Sign’s MVP, transforming the initial concept into a market-ready, revenue-generating SaaS product.
So, I played the Role of a Product Manager to define the vision and a Product Owner to break the vision down to sprints.
My responsibility was to define the core value proposition, scope the MVP, and ensure the successful launch of a product that was lean, scalable, and built for growth.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
Defined the MVP scope and product strategy, focusing on high-impact features that delivered immediate value while laying the foundation for future expansion.
Built the Tap&Sign experience from scratch, including the platform, website, landing pages, and SaaS packaging.
Led a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities and maintain velocity throughout development.
Redesigned user flows and customer journeys, optimising for ease of use and faster adoption during early access and pilot phases.
Developed initial SaaS pricing models, balancing market competitiveness with long-term revenue potential.
Integrated key differentiators such as Biometric Signature and KYC, even within the MVP, to ensure a strong product-market fit.
Optimised core functionalities (e.g., 2D and USB signature modules) for reliability, simplicity, and performance.
Managed and refined the product backlog, ensuring each sprint delivered measurable progress toward MVP launch.
Conducted internal QA, stakeholder demos, and iterative validation, refining the MVP based on real user feedback.
Launched the MVP successfully, positioning Tap&Sign for future scaling both in Turkey and globally.

MVP launched meeting aggressive timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Successfully transitioned from concept to live SaaS platform, including website, landing pages, onboarding flow, and scalable infrastructure.
Positioned Tap&Sign for global expansion, with a branded product and pricing model suitable for international markets.
Introduced Biometric Signature and KYC features in MVP, differentiating Tap&Sign from local competitors.
Defined and implemented a flexible pricing strategy, enabling subscription-based revenue generation from day one.
Validated product-market fit through pilot testing, collecting user feedback and iterating ahead of broader rollout.
Built a scalable MVP foundation, allowing for fast future iterations and feature expansions.
