As Product Owner & Manager of KnowYourX, I was responsible for shaping the product’s strategic direction, defining its roadmap, and overseeing execution from concept through implementation. My focus was to position KYX as a competitive digital authentication solution in the Turkish Market.

Conducted comprehensive competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, directly informing KYX’s market positioning and product differentiation strategy.
Led strategic integrations with major enterprise clients, including Vodafone and KuveytTürk, embedding KYX into their customer onboarding processes.
Rebranded and improved the product’s UI/UX, aligning it with local and global usability standards to enhance user trust and platform credibility.
Managed and prioritised the product backlog, ensuring all initiatives aligned with long-term business goals and technical feasibility.
Defined sprint goals and led backlog grooming sessions, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key features and modules on schedule.
